The Academy agrees to provide the enrolled Student with the services described in these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the Student’s enrollment in the Academy’s online dog trainer programs. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the enrolling individual confirms their understanding and acceptance of the policies outlined herein.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By enrolling in any of the dog trainer programs offered by K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
The student agrees to perform all duties faithfully, actively, and to the best of their ability, experience, and talent, as required under these Terms and Conditions. These duties must be carried out to the satisfaction of K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy. Responsibilities will take place at the Long Island, New York facility or any other locations as determined by the needs, business, or opportunities of K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy.
K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy offers a comprehensive and academically rigorous online program designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and practical skills required for a successful career as a dog trainer. The program’s curriculum covers critical topics including learning theories, canine communication, positive reinforcement training techniques, and puppy training.
3.1 DOG TRAINER ONLINE VERIFICATION PROGRAM
3.1.1 Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is designed to encompass a wide range of topics critical to becoming a skilled dog trainer. It includes learning theories, canine communication, and positive reinforcement training techniques. This program is delivered exclusively through online modules, meaning it does not include live lectures or in-person guidance. Students acknowledge that they will not receive in-person guidance or practical training through this online program.
3.1.2 Certification and Graduation Requirements
Successful completion of the Dog Trainer Online Verification Program requires meeting all specified academic and participation criteria. This includes:
Upon fulfilling these requirements, students will receive a recognition package from K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy, including a verification badge and a formal Letter of Verification, which can be displayed across their professional channels. These documents serve as evidence of program completion and validate the student’s credibility and expertise as a dog trainer.
3.1.3 Associated Costs
Students are responsible for covering associated costs related to their education, including reading materials (Animals Make Us Human, Excel-erated Learning, and Meet Your Dog). K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy does not provide financial assistance or coverage for these costs.
For students outside of the United States, it is their responsibility to research and ensure that the training tools and techniques they use comply with local laws and regulations. Students agree to assume full legal responsibility for their actions and release the Academy from any liability regarding legal issues arising from the use of non-compliant training equipment or techniques.
3.1.4 Course Duration
The Dog Trainer Online Verification Program is designed to be completed within a specified duration, typically 2 months. Students have the flexibility to study at their own pace within reasonable limits. Extensions may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
By enrolling in the program, students acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding online tools and equipment, certification and graduation requirements, and course duration. These details ensure clarity on the program’s expectations and the student’s responsibilities as a student.
3.1.5 Mentorship Session Policy
Mentorship plays a crucial role in the online learning journey at K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy. Mentorship sessions are strictly limited to 30 minutes each, maximizing the benefit of personalized guidance, feedback, and skill refinement in the digital learning environment. Extensions beyond this timeframe will be granted sparingly and only under exceptional circumstances. By agreeing to this policy, students commit to making the most of their mentorship sessions, enhancing the overall learning experience for all involved.
3.2 PROFESSIONAL DOG TRAINER ONLINE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
3.2.1 Curriculum Overview
The curriculum comprehensively encompasses a wide range of critical topics, including learning theories, canine communication, training techniques, problem-solving, and practical training. As this program is delivered exclusively online, students acknowledge that they will not receive in-person guidance or hands-on training. To facilitate a practical learning experience, mentorship sessions and live lectures are provided in place of traditional in-person training.
3.2.2 Certification and Graduation Requirements
Successful completion of the program requires meeting all specified academic and participation criteria. These include:

3.2.3 Associated Costs

The Academy does not provide financial assistance or coverage for these costs.
For participants located outside of the United States, it is the student’s responsibility to conduct due diligence to ensure that the training tools and techniques comply with local laws and regulations. Students agree to assume full legal responsibility for their actions and release the Academy from any liability regarding legal issues arising from the use of non-compliant training equipment or techniques.
3.2.4 Course Duration
The Professional Dog Trainer Online Certification Program is designed to be completed within a specified duration, typically 4 months. Students have the flexibility to study at their own pace within reasonable limits. Extensions may be available upon request, subject to additional fees.
By enrolling in this program, students acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding online tools and equipment, certification and graduation requirements, and the course duration. These details ensure clarity on the program’s expectations and the student’s responsibilities as a student of the Professional Dog Trainer Online Certification Program.
3.2.5 Mentorship Session Policy
Mentorship plays a crucial role in the online learning journey at K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy. Mentorship sessions are strictly limited to 30 minutes each to maximize personalized guidance, feedback, and skill refinement. Extensions beyond this timeframe will be granted sparingly and only under exceptional circumstances. By adhering to this policy, participants commit to making the most of their mentorship sessions, enhancing the overall learning experience for all involved.
3.3 Master Dog Trainer Online Certification Program
3.3.1 Curriculum Overview
I understand that the program’s curriculum comprehensively encompasses a wide range of critical topics, including learning theories, canine communication, training techniques, problem-solving, practical training, and the business, legal, and ethical aspects of dog training. It is important to note that this program is exclusively delivered through online modules, and as such, it does not include in-person hands-on and applicable training. Therefore, I acknowledge that I will not receive in-person guidance and practical training in this online program. In lieu of in-person training, mentorship sessions and live lectures will be provided to ensure effective guidance and practical learning experience in this online program. Therefore, I understand that the traditional in-person training format is replaced with these interactive online components.
3.3.2 Certification and Graduation Requirements
As a student of K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy, I acknowledge that successful completion of the program is contingent upon meeting all specified requirements. In addition to active participation in classes and satisfactory performance in quizzes, assessments, and practical evaluations, the following additional requirements must be fulfilled:
Upon fulfilling the requirements specified above, I will be awarded a Certificate of Completion from K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy alongside a recognition package. This includes a digital verification and completion badge, which I can display across my online platforms, serving as indisputable evidence of my successful program completion. In addition to the badge, I will also be presented with a formal Letter of Verification and a Letter of Recommendation from K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy. These documents will not only validate my achievement but also stand as valuable references for potential clients and employers, reinforcing my credibility and expertise in the field of dog training.
3.3.3 Associated Costs
I acknowledge that as a participant in K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy’s Master Dog Trainer Online Certification Program, I am responsible for covering the associated costs related to my education. This includes expenses associated with training tools and equipment, reading materials (Animals Make Us Human, Excel-erated Learning, and Meet Your Dog), and business start-up costs (LLC, domain, insurance, etc.), which are essential for the practical aspects of the program. Please note that the Academy does not provide financial assistance or coverage for these costs.
I am fully aware that the Academy holds no responsibility for the acquisition or costs of training tools and equipment. It is my sole responsibility to ensure that I have the necessary tools and equipment required for the online program.
Furthermore, I understand and commit to using these tools and equipment responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with humane training practices, as I will be utilizing them in the online training environment.
For participants located outside of the United States, I acknowledge and affirm that I am solely responsible for conducting due diligence and research to ensure that the training tools and techniques I use are legal and compliant with the laws and regulations of my country or jurisdiction. I understand that certain training equipment or techniques may be restricted or prohibited in different regions, and I agree to abide by all applicable laws. I release the Academy from any liability or responsibility regarding legal issues that may arise due to my use of training equipment or techniques that are not in compliance with local laws. By enrolling in this program, I certify that I have undertaken such research and assume full legal responsibility for my actions in this regard, indemnifying the Academy from any legal consequences.
3.3.4 Course Duration
I am aware that the Master Dog Trainer Online Certification Program is designed to be completed within a specified duration, typically 6 months. The flexibility to study at my own pace within reasonable limits is a feature of online learning. I understand that extensions may be available upon request, subject to additional fees, as I navigate this online learning journey.
By enrolling in this program, I acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding online tools and equipment, certification and graduation requirements, and the course duration. These details ensure that I have a clear understanding of the program’s expectations and my responsibilities as a student of the Master Dog Trainer Online Certification Program.
3.3.5 Mentorship Session Policy
Recognizing the pivotal role mentorship plays in the online learning journey at K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy, it is imperative to ensure the utmost efficiency and efficacy in every session. Henceforth, all mentorship sessions shall be meticulously constrained to a duration of precisely 30 minutes. This mandate underscores the paramount importance of these sessions as invaluable opportunities for personalized guidance, feedback, and skill refinement within our digital learning environment. Extensions beyond this designated timeframe will be granted sparingly and exclusively under exceptional circumstances, safeguarding the integrity and impact of each session. By embracing this policy, participants affirm their commitment to maximizing the benefits of mentorship in their educational pursuits, thereby enriching the collective learning experience for all involved.
By enrolling in K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy, the student agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding tuition and payment:
The Academy offers a range of courses designed to provide quality education and training to aspiring dog trainers. The following tuition and payment terms outline the financial obligations students or applicants are expected to fulfill during the program duration.
4.1 Tuition Fees
4.1.1 Course Fees
Students enrolled in K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy’s online program agree to fulfill their financial obligations and pay the full amount of the program cost by the completion of the program.
4.1.2 Payment Methods
Students are required to make tuition payments through accepted payment methods specified by the Academy, which include:
4.1.3 Installment Payments
Students may choose installment payment plans to provide flexibility in managing tuition fees. Installment payment plans have a duration of up to six (6) months, spreading the program’s cost over the specified period. The exact terms and conditions of the installment plans will be communicated during the enrollment process.
4.1.4 Tuition Fee Changes
The Academy reserves the right to review and modify course fees. Once a student has enrolled and paid the tuition fees for a specific course prior to the implementation of fee changes, they will not be subject to additional charges associated with those fee changes.
4.2 Payment Deadlines and Late Fees
4.2.1 Full Payment
The online dog trainer program must be paid in full by the end or before the end of the program, as specified and communicated by the Academy and this Agreement. Failure to make the full payment for the Program by the designated deadline may result in forfeiture of the student’s seat in the program unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon with the Academy.
4.2.2 Acknowledgement of Mandatory Automatic Billing
Upon successful enrollment, tuition fees will be subject to automatic billing in accordance with the predetermined payment schedule. This automatic billing process will be initiated 72 hours following enrollment confirmation, and no exceptions or adjustments to this timeline will be permitted. The student acknowledges that once the 72-hour period elapses, the automatic billing process will commence, and tuition fees will be charged as specified in the payment schedule. Refunds or cancellations will not be considered after the automatic billing process has been initiated.
4.2.3 Missed Payments
Failure to pay within seven (7) days from the due date will result in the immediate suspension of access to the online program. After a period of thirty (30) days from the due date, the student will lose all rights to recover their account, including access to any course materials or related resources. Any related fees or costs already paid for the program will not be refunded in the event of termination due to missed payments. If a student anticipates potential delays in payment, it is their sole responsibility to promptly contact the Academy and make prior arrangements. The Academy may consider alternative payment schedules or arrangements on a case-by-case basis but such arrangements are not guaranteed and must be agreed upon in writing.
4.3 Documentation
The Academy will provide receipts or payment confirmations for all transactions made within the Academy. The student acknowledges that they are responsible for retaining these records for future reference and any necessary correspondence or transactions with the Academy.
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will no longer be processed for enrollment fees, as students are granted full access to the course upon payment. Once the payment is made, students are given immediate access to all course materials and resources.
5.2 Automatic Billing
By enrolling in K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy, the student agrees that their enrollment fees will be automatically charged per the agreed-upon payment schedule. The student acknowledges responsibility for these charges, and no refunds or cancellations will be allowed once the payment has been processed.
5.3 Associated Costs and Fees
Processing fees may vary depending on the bank or payment method used during enrollment. These processing fees are beyond the Academy’s jurisdiction and are solely determined by the financial institutions associated with and involved in the transaction. As such, any processing fees are non-refundable by the Academy and will not be included in the refund amount.
By enrolling in K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy, the student agrees to the importance of active participation in online courses. Attendance is defined as active engagement in course activities, which may include completing assessments, participating in discussion forums, submitting assignments, and communicating with the instructor, as specified in the course syllabus.
The student commits to actively participating in these weekly activities to ensure a thorough understanding of the course material and progress within the program. It is the student’s responsibility to stay informed about the specific participation requirements outlined in each course syllabus.
Both the K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy and the Student agree to adhere to high standards of professionalism and ethical behavior standards. By enrolling in this program, the Student, agree to the following Code of Conduct:
I understand that should my conduct and behavior violate the Academy’s Code of Conduct, I will be subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, probation, suspension, or termination of admissions, as deemed fit by the governing bodies of the Academy.
8.1 All course materials, training resources, and other intellectual property provided or produced by and for K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These materials are intended solely for the personal use of the enrolled student.
8.2 Students agree that course materials may not, under any circumstances, be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent from K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy. Furthermore, students shall not claim ownership or authorship of any materials or intellectual property produced and provided by the Academy during the course of the program through any platform where such materials are distributed.
8.3. Unauthorized use or infringement of the intellectual property of K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy will result in legal action and liability.
9.1 Assumption of Risk
Students understand and acknowledge that participation in this online program may involve inherent risks, including potential physical injury or property damage, particularly when applying learned techniques in training with dogs. By enrolling, students accept full responsibility for these inherent risks and release K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy, its faculty, staff, and affiliates from any liability related to these risks.
9.2 Compliance with Safety Policies
Students agree to follow all safety policies and procedures established by K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy. Additionally, students commit to adhering to the guidance and instructions provided by instructors during training sessions, especially when working with dogs.
9.3 Training with Dogs
Students acknowledge that training with dogs is not a mandatory component of the Academy’s curriculum. If students choose to train with dogs at their own discretion, they do so voluntarily and agree to release K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy from all liability related to such activities. Students accept sole responsibility for their safety and the safety of any dogs involved in the training process. The Academy will not be held responsible for any injuries, expenses, costs, or damages arising from voluntary dog training activities, even if such actions expose students to potential harm.
10.1 Filming and Documentation
The Academy may film, record, and document the student’s participation in the program, including but not limited to photographs, videos, and audio recordings captured during training sessions, demonstrations, and other program activities.
10.2 Purpose of Use
The student grants the Academy, its assigns, licensees, and authorized representatives the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the materials captured (including the student’s likeness and voice) for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. These materials may be used in various media formats, including but not limited to print publications, websites, social media platforms, and audio-visual presentations.
10.3 Consent Withdrawal
The student has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to the Academy’s administration. Such withdrawal will not affect materials that have already been published or distributed. The Academy is released from any liability for materials produced or used prior to the withdrawal of consent.
10.4 Voluntary Participation
The student affirms that participation in the program and the granting of this consent are entirely voluntary and undertaken of their own free will.
10.5 Compensation
The student acknowledges and agrees that no financial compensation or remuneration will be provided for the use of materials in promotional efforts, now or in the future.
10.6 Other Participants’ Materials
The student acknowledges that materials from other participants may be included in promotional materials, and the Academy is not obligated to seek individual consent for each use.
10.7 Release and Indemnification
The student releases the Academy, its directors, officers, employees, and authorized representatives from any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of materials in promotional efforts. The student agrees to indemnify and hold the Academy harmless against any costs, expenses, or losses, including legal fees, resulting from such claims or demands.
11.1. Confidential Information
Students acknowledge and understand that they may gain access to proprietary information, trade secrets, client information, and other confidential materials (“Confidential Information”). This includes, but is not limited to, products, pricing, business operations, processes, technical details, customer lists, copyrights, and other unique assets owned by the Academy.
11.2. Non-Disclosure Obligation
Students agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information entrusted to them by the Academy. They shall not, under any circumstances, directly or indirectly, disclose or share any Confidential Information with third parties without the Academy’s prior written consent. This obligation continues indefinitely, even after the program ends.
11.3. Protection of Confidential Information
Students commit to safeguarding the Confidential Information and taking all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. Any breach of these obligations constitutes a material violation of these terms and may result in legal or equitable remedies.
11.4. Access Restriction
Students agree not to share their access to program materials, resources, or any Confidential Information with any other individual during or after the program. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of access will result in immediate removal from the program without eligibility for a refund.
11.5. Recognition Package Revocation
If a student shares their access or Confidential Information with a third party after completing the program, the Academy reserves the right to revoke any recognition package granted as part of the program.
11.6. Recording Prohibition
Students are strictly prohibited from recording any live sessions with instructors without express written permission from the Academy. This includes audio, video, or other recording methods. Unauthorized recording will be considered a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination from the program, legal actions, and liability for damages incurred by the Academy.
11.7. Prohibition of Posting Course Materials Online
Students agree not to post, share, or disseminate any course materials—including text, documents, images, videos, or other content—from the Academy’s programs on any online platform, including social media, without prior written consent from the Academy.
12.1. Termination of Admission
K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s admission to the program for failure to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement. This decision will be made at the Academy’s sole discretion and within the bounds of reason. Any outstanding tuition payments will remain due and nonrefundable in the event of termination.
12.2. Material Breach
A material breach of this agreement by the student is defined as any substantial violation of the terms and conditions set forth herein. In such cases, K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy may terminate the student’s enrollment immediately. Additionally, the Academy reserves the right to pursue legal actions and seek financial compensation for damages incurred as a direct result of the breach. Termination under these circumstances does not absolve the student of any financial obligations or liabilities previously incurred to the Academy.
12.3. Violation of Agreement
If a student violates any clause or provision in this agreement, K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy reserves the right to terminate the student’s admission status without prior notice or compensation.
12.4. Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate this agreement. However, if K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy terminates the agreement for reasonable cause, the student acknowledges and agrees that no compensation or refund will be provided.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Long Island, New York, United States, where K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy is located.
Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Long Island, New York. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
K9 Mania Dog Trainer Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students as necessary. By proceeding with enrollment, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
